It includes Thomson’s World-Class business gateway with corded and cordless business IP Phones to deliver Cirpack hosted PBX features such as call transfer, line supervision and call pick-up, 6 way conferencing, intercom dialing, hunt groups, call filtering, voice mail, etc. The solution can be enhanced with a Web interface with user self-care and a company self-provisioning tools.

  • Mobile Centrex

  • Multi-site Trunking

IP Centrex is the ideal solution to deliver business telephony to smaller remote sites such as shops, sales agencies or remote offices with fewer than 10 employees. Multi-site companies need a powerful network solution to integrate these smaller sites with their global telephony system made of PBXs on some sites (such as the headquarters). Not only the Thomson’s Cirpack MultiNode-B manages IP Centrex services, it also provides carrier-grade PBX connectivity via VoIP and/or ISDN and managed a powerful and flexible voice VPN service with private numbering plan management.

Thomson’s Cirpack IP Centrex is a software application which runs on top of the Cirpack Class-5 SoftSwitch. It leverages the existing voice switching infrastructure to decrease the service provider’s total cost of ownership, while increasing the average revenue per user. The same infrastructure can be used to manage any type of subscriber over any type of local loop technology, giving operators a real competitive edge in this rapidly growing VoIP market.
