Unified Communications characteristics

The Unified Communications are collaborative, also called OTT (Over the top), services.

They are composed of: contacts lists, video conferencing, availability, instant messaging, data sharing, IT tools integration and a customer software for smartphones (iOS, Android).

Cloud PBX characteristics

The Cloud PBX is an advanced VoIP telephony service for single and multi-sites.

The services are closed to those provided by a PBX but the platform is centralized, hosted and managed by a CSP (Communication Service Provider).

The main functions of the Cirpack Uniquity Unified Communications are to manage:
